Stage of Development
- The company must be at a development stage ranging from concept (TRL 3) to prototype (TRL 6).
- Technology Readiness Levels (TRL):
- TRL 3 (Proof of Concept): Validation of the technology’s feasibility in laboratory conditions through initial experimental research.
- TRL 4 (Laboratory Prototype): Development and testing of a laboratory prototype demonstrating key technological functions.
- TRL 5 (Prototype in Relevant Environment): Validation of the technology in conditions close to real-world application.
- TRL 6 (Pre-Commercial Prototype): Testing of a prototype in an operational environment and preparation for further scaling.
Team
Only teams may participate (minimum of two members), with at least one team member being a citizen or resident of the participating country.
Location and Operations
The company must have a registered physical address and conduct its operations in the participating country.
